Implementation of rotational transfers for officers holding sensitive posts in AP Circle

It is informed that ACS HQ, Sri S. K. N. V. K. Satyanarayana, and I met the PGM (HR) and submitted a representation regarding the implementation of rotational transfers for officers holding sensitive posts in AP Circle, in accordance with CVC guidelines.

During the meeting, we discussed in detail the concerns regarding biased transfer practices observed in Vijayawada BA, other BAs, and circle office. We emphasized the need for strict adherence to rotational transfer norms to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in the transfer process.

The PGM (HR) responded positively to our representation and assured that the matter would be examined. We hope that rotational transfers in sensitive posts will be implemented in the coming days, thereby promoting transparency and preventing the development of vested interests.
