ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING (AGM) OF AIGETOA AP CIRCLE ON 06-12-2025

Proceedings of the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) – 2025, AIGETOA Andhra Pradesh Circle

The Annual General Body Meeting (AGM)–2025 of AIGETOA, Andhra Pradesh Circle, was successfully conducted on 06th December 2025 at M.B. Vignana Kendram, near Raghavaiah Park, Vijayawada. Collegium Members and Central Executive Committee (CEC) Members (both elected and nominated) from all districts of the AP Circle attended the meeting, in large numbers.

Inaugural & Open House Session

The morning session commenced with the Open House Session on the theme:

“Role of HR and IT Tools for the Growth of BSNL”

The session was presided over by Sri K.Uma Mahendra, Circle President (CP), AIGETOA AP Circle. Sri M. Seshachalam, CGM, AP Circle, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. PGMs/Sr. GMs/GMs from the Circle Office, Vijayawada BA, and Guntur BA attended as Special Guests. Circle Secretaries of other Associations and Unions participated as Guests of Honour.

All dignitaries addressed the gathering and shared valuable insights on human resource initiatives, adoption of IT tools, and their critical role in strengthening BSNL’s operational efficiency and growth.

The General Secretary, AIGETOA CHQ, Sri Ravi Shil Verma, delivered his address through a video message in the presence of the dignitaries on the dais. CHQ office bearers Sri Ansal Mohammed CH (AGS) and Sri Nithya Jarald A (JS – South) attended the AGM in person.

Release of Publications & Felicitations

The AIGETOA AP Circle Diary–2026 and Desktop Calendar were formally inaugurated by the CGM, AP Circle Sri.M. Seshachalam. The Chief Guest, Special Guests, and Guests of Honour were felicitated with shawls and mementos in appreciation of their presence and support.

Post-Lunch Session

As per the approved agenda, the Keynote Address was delivered by Sri M. V. Satyanarayana, CS, AIGETOA AP Circle, outlining the organisational activities, challenges, and future roadmap. The Finance Report was presented to the house by Sri K. Ravi Kumar, Circle Finance Secretary (CFS), AIGETOA AP Circle, and was discussed and approved by the General Body.

Election Proceedings – Circle Office Bearers

An election was conducted for the post of Assistant Circle Secretary (HQ), which fell vacant due to the transfer of Sri J. Srinivasa Rao, ACS (HQ) to CHTD Circle on promotion. The election process was conducted strictly in accordance with the AIGETOA Constitution and Guidelines.

The election was conducted by:

• Returning Officer (RO): Sri M. Laxminarayana, SDE, Circle Office, Vijayawada
• Assistant Returning Officer (ARO): Sri P. S. Anjaneyulu, SDE, Circle Office, Vijayawada

The process was carried out in the presence of Sri Ansal Mohammed CH, AGS, CHQ and Sri Nithya Jarald A, JS (South), CHQ, who acted as CHQ Observers.

1.Sri S. K. N. V. K. Satyanarayana, AGM, AP Circle Office, presently holding the post of CVP–I, was elected unanimously as Assistant Circle Secretary (HQ), AIGETOA AP Circle.

2.Subsequently, for the vacant post of CVP–I, Sri Rajendra Prasad Bollikonda, AO, Circle Office, Vijayawada, was elected unanimously as CVP–I, AIGETOA AP Circle.

Formation of AP Circle Office District Body

Following the Circle-level elections, the formation of the new AIGETOA AP Circle Office District Body was taken up. The outgoing District Body was formally dissolved after the Keynote Address by Sri M. M. S. Vijaya Kumar, District Secretary, and the presentation of the Finance Report by Sri M.V. Ravikumar , District Finance Secretary.

The election for the new District Body was conducted in the presence of Returning Officer (RO): Sri K. Ravikumar, CFS-AIGETOA AP Circle, Rajahmundry.

The AGM concluded with a vote of thanks, reaffirming the collective resolve of AIGETOA AP Circle to work unitedly for the welfare of executives and the growth of BSNL.
