Dear Members,

AIGETOA has been consistently opposing lateral recruitment above the JTO cadre ever since the MT recruitment was advertised by BSNL.

As per the communication issued by the GS under BDM, AIGETOA has once again clearly conveyed its strong opposition to the proposed SET recruitment in BSNL. The association firmly maintains that such lateral inductions adversely affect the career progression, morale, and promotional avenues of serving executives.

AIGETOA remains committed to safeguarding the interests of BSNL executives and will continue to pursue the matter at all appropriate forums.
